We sell by way of licence to occupy:
A) Suites from $150,000 - Bedsit layout with separate ensuite
B) Studios from $200,000 - As with suites but larger
C) Apartments from $250,000 - Single bedroom, lounge, kitchenette and separate ensuite, some of our apartments have double bedrooms suitable for a married couple.
Our Village design maximises both sun and light for a warm and bright atmosphere with other features such as Arcade, Shop, Hair Dresser, Library, Dining Room, Craft Room and Lounges.
