Apartments
There is bound to be one of the many different apartment layouts to suit your requirements or budget.

Choices include:

• Sizes from 31m2 to 50m2…
• Single or double bedrooms…
• Ground floor patios or upper floor balconies

Whichever you choose, you will find tasteful décor and quality fittings.

Items such as cedar louvres, heated mirrors and towel rails are standard. So are drapes, floor coverings, heating, self-contained kitchenette (including fridge), Sky TV aerial and emergency call buttons.

We will provide comprehensive levels of service and care to assist you to stay in your apartment for as long as possible, but should the need arise you will have preferential access to any of the other accommodation available at Rosedale Village.


Studio Apartments
These are large studios with kitchenette facilities and roomy bathroom ensuites. Drapes, floor coverings, heating, Sky TV aerial and fridge are all part of the quality fittings.

All studio apartments have outdoor access, either to our deck areas, or separate balconies.

Again call buttons bring staff’s immediate assistance. All Levels of care can be supplied to these studios.
