We are privately owned by North Shore couple David and Leona Eadie who have over 30 years experience in the Aged Care industry.

Rosedale's Management Team also includes Debbie Tunui, Manager and Carole Bolton, Director.

Both Debbie and Carole also have long term experience in the Retirement Village, Rest Home and Hospital industries.

Our management style is informal, friendly and "on to it". We well understand and can assist with working ways around any of the numerous difficulties families are likely to encounter when making a decision to shift.

This combination of "Hands On" ownership, experienced management and a modern debt free facility ensures Rosedale will be at the forefront of our industry for many years.

We are members of both the Retirement Village and the Private Hospital Associations.
